Flat part 6

I haven't updated for a while because changes are so incremental, but thought I'd put up a couple of snapshots.

I got me a sofa (it took me a while because I needed it to be a sofabed but also didn't want to compromise on style or comfort). I love the olive green colour but I'm worried about marking the velvet texture so I've put a throw on it - I might look for a different colour.

And I enjoyed making a couple of little cusion covers from tote bags I didn't use any more. The test card girl is one.

And here's a couple of shots of my bookshelves where I've finally put the picture up I always imagined going there. It's a linocut made by Electric Works based on one of Philip Pullman's own chapter-heading illustrations from His Dark Materials.

The other artwork is by my niece!
